Eligibility to Purchase

You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the use of fireworks in your area.
Shipping Information
All orders are Pick-up only at this time. We do not currently offer shipping.
Product Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute any item in your order with a product of equal or greater value and similar performance if the original item is out of stock or unavailable.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final once your order is picked up—we cannot accept returns. Once a Class 1.4 Explosive has left our care and supervision, we are unable to attest to its proper storage and handling. As a result, we cannot safely resell the item to another customer.
